Saniere Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched, along with tracking information where applicable.

Delivery Timeframes & Scheduling: We aim to deliver your items within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Because our specialized courier routes can vary depending on your postcode, you will be prompted to select a preferred delivery date at checkout. This ensures full transparency and allows you to plan accordingly. While our team will provide regular updates leading up to your delivery, please note that due to the complex nature of heavy freight logistics, the exact delivery day cannot be strictly guaranteed.

Our Delivery Tiers To ensure your items arrive safely and securely, shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Your final delivery cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Delivery (£10.00): Applies to smaller, manageable items including brassware, shower heads, and bathroom accessories.

  • Heavy Freight & Pallet Delivery (£29.00): Applies to large, fragile, or heavy architectural pieces including baths, vanity units, and large mirrors.

Please note: If your order contains a mix of standard and heavy items, the single Heavy Freight rate of £29.00 will apply to cover the specialized transport of your entire order.

Important Information Regarding Heavy Freight (Pallet Deliveries) Due to the size, weight, and value of our large bathroom furniture and baths, these items are delivered via a specialized pallet network.

  • Curbside Delivery Only: For insurance and health and safety reasons, pallet deliveries are strictly "curbside" only. The driver will deliver the pallet as close to your property boundary as is safely possible.

  • Handling: The driver is not insured to carry goods inside your home, upstairs, or into specific rooms. Please ensure you have able-bodied assistance available on the day of delivery to move heavy items securely into your property.

Checking Your Order Upon Arrival We partner with premium couriers, but damages in transit can occasionally happen. We ask that you inspect the outer packaging of your delivery immediately upon arrival.

  • If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please sign for the delivery as "Damaged" with the courier.

  • You must report any missing or damaged items to us at sales@saniere.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the item and the packaging so we can swiftly resolve the issue for you.
